My wife and I both got our glasses here, and we paid extra for scratch resistant lenses. Besides waiting longer than anywhere else for our orders; my wife's glasses scratched within a day, and mine started getting scratched after a week or so. We have never had this issue with any other glasses in 30+ years of wearing them. They also said they can't help or give us our third pair (paid for) without an appointment, but now they don't answer or return our phone calls.

During our appointment, the doctor also told my wife she was crazy and her prescription wasn't what she was saying it was. So we had our old optometrist verify it, and then she apologized and said, "Wow, I guess you were right." So besides being unprofessional, this place isn't very knowledgeable either.

We suggest going anywhere else.

Unfortunately it took us leaving a bad review to get any type of response.
In their response, it states that they had no control over our order because it was done through our insurance. Only 1 pair out of 3 were covered by our insurance, and the other 2 were paid out of pocket with an extra fee for the scratch resistant lenses. The 1 that was covered by insurance is still held up at their location since they won't give us an appointment to pick them up (since they say that's the only way we could receive them.) So we're taking them as a loss at this point.
The fact that they take no accountability or at least attempt to help their customers speaks volumes about this place and how they do business.

If you guys respond again; try and be a little more professional or hire people who can do it for you.

I have been a patient here for several years and recommended it to a friend who also has become a patient and drives 30 miles to see Dr. Torres. Yes, you can buy fancy glasses here but that is not the emphasis. The focus is on top-notch healthcare for your vision. They have state-of-the-art technology but more importantly you have a doctor who spends time with her patients, is very thorough in her evaluations and gives clear explanations of what is the state of your eyes.

Dr Torres and staff are so friendly and welcoming. They helped me pick out glasses because I couldn’t decide and taught me all about the different parts of glasses for my comfort. Dr is so knowledgeable and helpful and always has a smile. Best experience I’ve had.

My visit was very pleasant, I love the charismatic interaction with the Doctor Anna Torres, as well as with her staff. Doctor Anna, is a doctor that makes you feel cherished, she a physician who demonstrates a high level of compassion, empathy, and genuinly care about her patient's eye needs.

The staff and doctor are nice but what bother me is they don't respect the time for the appointment, always is almost see you 1 hour after the appo.
