Since my first visit until now, me and my family had the most amazing experience which started by just walking in the door. The MA/Front desk were cheery and helpful to check me in. And all off Doctors are amazing and knowledgeable. Dr. KALEY Bertrand ❤️, Dr. Joan and Dr.B helps me to find amazing doctors to help me with my Right hips replacement and my ear surgery. I had big issues in my health and all the team is helping and taking of me and my families. And the lab tech irish You are awesome! Thank you to all of you, for all of your hard work and we appreciate all of your help. Have been here a few times for my wife and daughter. The staff is always friendly, passionate about their work, and genuinely happy to help customers. They front desk is organized with their paperwork and always ready to help you get any reminder you need to ensure you don't forget your next appointment. They schedule appropriately to avoid a crowded waiting room and keep wait times to a minimum. The medical staff are well rehearsed in their procedures and very descriptive in their answers.

I'm quite satisfied with the services provided by Options Medical and would not worry about recommending them to a friend.

My family and I have been going to Options Medical for 6 years or so. It has always been a great experience. They listen to us and are extremely helpful. Wait times are short. Dr Butterfield runs a very professional office with high standards expected from all who work for him. From the front office to the back office all who work there are warm and friendly. He expects nothing less out of his employees than he gives himself. From exams, to labs, to the follow up, they take of you. Within in his office is a Sonora Quest Lab. The lab tech there Shannon is the very best at blood draws. We have all felt very comfortable with the service at Options Medical.

I’ve been going to Dr. B and his team for a number of years now. I gave had overwhelmingly positive experiences with the providers here. There have been times when I didn’t have insurance coverage and they helped me to get the care I needed without wracking up additional cost. It’s usually easy to make appointments. The fact I can have my labs drawn here without an appointment or long waits is fantastic! I’ve even had some issues with back pain and Dr. B was able to give me a chiropractic adjustment.

Update I’m removing a star as I seem to be having issues with actually having help with my personal health issues. I’m going to look into some mental health services since it’s not something this practice considers when treating patients.

I have only gone to this doctor once so far, but I am extremely impressed with this office. It was clean, the staff were very friendly, and the doctor was very professional and helpful. I was feeling overwhelmed because I just moved to a new area and I needed to set up a bunch of appointments with specialists. The doctor was calm and patient in making sure she heard/addressed all of my concerns and made sure that I was set up with my specialists. I would highly recommend this office

I went her for primary about 8 years ago, after moving and job changes and a couple of bumps in my health, i had circulated through 6 or so other healthcare facilities, i don’t know why i ever left. I recently came back with a semi-major concern, i was treated with care, dignity, and respect to both me as a person and as person with health needs. The staff are friendly and inviting and the facility is pristine. Thank you Options Medical for letting me clear my 8 year old debt and renew my health related care. I won’t be switching again.

If I could give 0 stars I would, Patient abandonment is a form of medical malpractice that occurs when a physician terminates the doctor-patient relationship without reasonable notice or a reasonable excuse, and fails to provide the patient with an opportunity to find a qualified replacement care provider. Just because my husband asked why he needed to have another Dr. visit for an asthma inhaler refill. Then they wouldn't give my daughter her test results over the phone, they said she had to come in for another appointment just to find those out, that has never happened to us before! Not to mention I received an email with one of their patients entire medical history and the medications she is on, the email was regarding a change in her medication and her file was sent to my email!!!! Really!! This place is so unethical and has broken several laws!!!!

Doctor Butterfield and staff have always proven to be both professional and personable with myself and my family. They have provided the most thorough medical care that I have experienced. After our first few initial and subsequent visits, our reports of how thorough and conscientious they are has led my large extended family to move their care to this office. Each member of their staff has always gone well beyond the margins of expectation to provide care for my family! We have multiple children with special needs, one who requires attention by each person she passes; she always leaves happy (this isn't a common feat). They have taken the time to know us, care for us, and laugh with us. I am so very thankful to have found them! I am also thankful they were willing to hide all the blood pressure cuffs for a year's worth of our visits because my daughter was afraid of them. I couldn't help but laugh last week when she allowed her blood pressure to be taken, then slid the cuff over the only person to successfully get her BP (our fave Broncos fan) and took her BP right back.
