We had a great experience with Option One. From the office staff to the therapists. Michael from PT was always kind and professional. He worked with my mom and was able to increase her strength so she could travel back home out of state. I highly recommend this company!

My 81 year old diabetic grandma had fallen and needed surgery to fix her broken leg she was sent to a rehab where they left her in bed all day and and did not help her she couldn’t walk and was completely bedridden so we got her out of there and took her to live with me when she got home she was unable to get out of her bed and needed depends diapers and had to take blood pressure meds she lost a lot of muscle and was really weak so the doctor had option one home care come to my house where she had gigi, ron, Michelle come and help her thanks to them in three months of physical therapy she is no longer bedridden and is able to use her bedside tolite and walk up and down the stairs and use her walker and is not taking any blood pressure medication because her blood pressure is good I am so thankful for Gigi, ron, Michelle they are like family to us I really am thankful to them for helping my grandma get back to walking around again and for there kindness option one home care is awesome!!! We will miss Gigi,Ron, michelle they were great! 😊

I have had physical and occupational therapy twice through Option One after 2 successive foot surgeries. Lori, Ron and Uma were all very professional, arrived on time and were very pleasant to work with.
Once I completed the number of visits that were approved by my insurance, I felt that I had made good progress and felt that I had a good exercise plan to follow moving forward on my own.
So anyone looking for a Home Health Agency should try Option One.

I highly recommend Option One Home Care. Every person whom I came in contact with from the initial set up to billing to the actual nurses and PT were top notch. Eliza and Jiju in the office were extremely helpful and were terrific with following up with me letting me know services had been approved and that the insurance had paid. Dan the physical therapist was very knowledgeable and made a big difference in my recovery. Uma was terrific too. The entire staff including office, billing, PT, and nurses were all excellent!

We have noticed such a positive change in her abilities with the help of each of the services. Each nurse and therapist has been fantastic to work with. We have used Option One Homecare on several occasions to help my mother, who is now 92 years old, to help recuperate at home after a stay in the hospital. Most recently, she has been recovering from a broken foot and I knew I could count on Option One to provide excellent support. They had a nurse and a physical therapist here the day after mom returned home to evaluate her for services. The nurse, physical therapist, and occupational therapist were then here to work with Mom on a regular basis.

Mom really likes her nurse, Barbara, her physical therapists, Red and Cynthia, and her occupational therapist, Ron. She looks forward to their visits and responds well to their treatment.

When I call the office I am glad that I always speak to either Nicole, Anna, or Gigi so they know me personally and are ready to answer any questions. It's very reassuring to know that everyone involved clearly understands our needs and concerns.

I also want to mention that they have always done a great job with coordinating with Medicare. I've never had any worry that Mom might get some unexpected bill for a service that was not covered.

I highly recommend Option One and I believe others will be equally pleased with their thoughtful and efficient service.

Option one takes care of my mom, who's very challenged medically. The nurses and therapists that come to see my mom are excellent, have great understanding and knowledge of her condition, are compassionate and caring. They're not afraid of accepting high acuity patients. I'm very grateful that the hospital referred my mom to Option one. I wouldn't go with any other agency
