This place is the worst! Cheapest medical supplies, untrained nurses, confused consumer service representatives, and just all around a horrible company to deal with. We were referred to this company after my childs liver transplant when we checked out of the hospital. Since day one all the things mentioned above started and never improved. First nurse they sent did not know how to administer his IV med, was not comfortable changing his central line dressing, called her superior and left without doing anything. They send medical supplies we don't need, use the cheapest dressing change kit (hospital uses nurse recommended one that costs $75 at lowest online, OC uses one that costs $10), and give us supplies we don't need. The insurance company needs to know how unprofessional and untrained this company is and how the overcharge for poor service.
