I had an extremely disappointing experience with this business. A family member had a skin tag removal done here for $45, so I inquired about the service. They quoted me $250 for up to 3 removals, despite their website clearly listing $125 for the same service. When I pointed this out with a screenshot, they took over 30 minutes to respond and then reluctantly offered to match their own advertised price “as a courtesy”—as if they were doing me a favor. They also falsely accused my relative of using a Groupon, which was not true.

The whole experience left me feeling uneasy, as if they were trying to overcharge me simply because they thought they could. I cannot recommend a business that is this inconsistent and untrustworthy with their pricing.

There's pros and cons to this place.
My first experience at this office was amazing! I came in for a lip flip and was treated so kind and was well informative. She used a numbing cream and she took a more time with me.

I’m that person who expects the same treatment when I have to return to your office, but that wasn’t the case. I had to return to get another treatment on the lip flip and no numbing cream was not applied and my experience seemed very rushed.

I’m not sure if I will return to that office after that.
