I started seeing Dr. Bermudez at a time in my life where I did not have a healthy outlet and I felt like it was not ok to not be ok, therapy with him has been such a life saver and the person I am today is not the person I was during our first session. Dr. B is so amazing at what he does, he sets an atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable, unashamed and free to openly express anything you may need to. There are so many things I’ve learned from Dr. B but one of the things that have really impacted my life is his “ we are to strive to live a optimal lifestyle on a daily basis” approach and that doesn’t mean perfection but being intentional everyday and enjoying the journey along the way. During my in person visits I’ve had the opportunity to interact with some of the other therapist and they all seem to be very delightful and such a pleasure to work with, not to mention having the options for both in person and virtual sessions have also been very convenient.
