I came to get a check up and payed my copay at $75. Gave wrong date of birth to quest diagnostics even after I gave them my id to get the information from. Never got my blood work or even a call for the results. As well did screening test and didn’t get no feedback. I received a text about an additional $75 for no reason. Never got the blood work and no call back. Very poor communication and not attentive.

Dr. Ferrer is an excellent and very professional doctor. She is a doctor who takes her time to explain everything to the patient and listen to her patients. Her employees are lovely and very professional as well. I am very happy and grateful to be at her clinic.

My first impression was super unpleasant. The receptionist who claims to be the doctor's mother, in her own words told me that there was no one professional there other than the doctor. Which makes me think it's not a trustworthy place at all. They treated me very badly just because I asked because they had not let me know that Dr. Villegas is not the doctor who treats me, he is the doctor's assistant. To clarify, Janelly Ferrer Cotilla is not an MD, she is a physician assisstant ( PA). I was shocked by the previous comments, because my experience was completely the opposite. I gave it a star because I can't leave it blank. I hope the Department of Health do something about this clinic.
