I had gotten a full body scan at Optima Ultrasound, the tech was very informative about the images that were given to me, the office itself was very clean and organized and the environment really made you feel comfortable. I definitely will be going back to get another full body scan!

I got a full body ultrasound a few days ago and the ultrasound techs told me i really needed to get my thyroid checked and that there are several nodules on my thyroid. Then after doing my imaging they brought me back again to take more pictures of my thyroid. Then when we were all done they asked us to pay and NEVER had us speak to a person about the images. They told me the person “Shay” was out for the day and if I called she would answer that day. It has been DAYS and I have called probably over twenty times an NO ONE answers. I am still calling as I type this and I keep getting sent to voicemail. This is so unprofessional and rude and not making me feel absolutely awful with anxiety because I have no medial explanation for my ultrasound images even though I was promised one by this company and the techs. Bad experience and I would not recommend.

Great place, they really know what they're doing here. The staff here are very nice and helpful, they do great job and are very professional. I would highly recommend this clinic if you wish to get an ultrasound. I got a full body scan and my doctor was impressed by the scans and imaged.
