I haven’t been to the doctors for a few years, I’m a very anxious person and clinics kinda make my chest cave in. However, the kindness and patience I experienced was very helpful for my first day. Dr. Lirio seems to have the loveliest aura and didn’t make me feel judged. She literally went through my embarrassingly long list of symptoms and took time to talk about them. Her assistant is kind(and funny) too! Front desk was nice. I really have no complaints. Very grateful.

Optima Medical is the BEST primary care you can find! I see Julie Townsend as my primary, but all the DR.'s at Optima Medical are super great! I've seen them all at some point in the last 19 years. They listen to their patients and work to resolve anything medical that comes up. I could give praise all day everyday, but there's not enough room here to do that. I promise you, Optima Medical is the BEST choice you can make for your PCP needs. I've NEVER had a single complaint about Optima Medical!! Even the ladies up front are super great, I love them all!!

My experience with Dr. Miller today was a very sweet and pleasant one. She was very empathetic with my concerns I had with my mental health issues and physical well-being. My family has been so impressed with this medical office, we feel like the entire staff truly cares and this is such a breath of fresh air from our typically harried past experiences unfortunately. Everyone treats you with such respect, is very, very thorough and unhurried, quick to address any concerns whatsoever and overall, extremely personable. The follow-up is incredible, attention to minute details and awareness of the conditions involved is such an impressive situation. My father's PA has been Lauren Jacobsen, she has shown such consideration and thoughtfulness, we feel totally at ease discussing anything we need to with her. Lauren is considerably knowledgeable and takes as much time as needed to address any concerns. She is very easy to talk to and has such an amazing positive attitude! We hope she stays at this office forever!:). Thank you so much for all the help, we are very grateful.

I have worked with Dr. Celia Elias at Optimal Medical for 15+ years. She and the staff have been wonderful...responsive and warm, I could not ask for more. Dr. Elias as my primary care physician, has been an incredible ally in managing a chronic health condition that is not well known or understood in the medical community. Dr. Townsend is amazing! She is friendly, thorough, and concerned with my well-being! Every time I see her I feel like I am the only patient she has that day. I love that I can get my labs done in the office! Her technicians are always wonderful and the front desk staff is incredibly organized and makes it so easy to schedule my appointments! My Twins have been to see Dustin Smith twice now and both times they liked him. Even when he asked about a shot for them. They still aren't mad at him for it. The front office ladies are always very helpful. The Medical Assistants are very helpful and great patient experience.
