From the minute, I walked in everybody was friendly and made it a pleasant visit, the nurse was excellent. The person that drew my blood was excellent. The doctor Matthew young guy did an excellent job. He took his time with me. He explained to me in detail how everything works and what he’s looking for I could not ask for a better experience and then when I was leaving, they gave me a protein drink Greeted me at the counter. You guys are definitely a 1010 in my book. Thank you and God bless.

Honestly one of the better experiences I have had at a doctors office. Very timely in getting me out of the lobby. Didn’t wait long to see the PA, and they quickly moved me over to get my blood drawn. Efficient and courteous all through the visit. That is hard to find these days with anything!

They define the terrible trend in medicine today and have the worst practice imaginable. Optimum acquires a great medical practice. They do away with all MDs. That’s right: there’s not a single doctor at this practice. Try to reach them by phone? You’re on hold for five minutes before you go to voicemail. You leave a message. I’ve done so for several days . They never call back.

My recent 6 month check up included a lab. The scheduling process was well organized that included text messaging for reminders. My appointment times were about me and my wait times were surprisingly short.
