After having very bad experiences with local primary care and other specialty care, I’m so glad to say I received great and empathetic care from Crystal Divic NP at Optima NW Tucson. My concerns were addressed and we made a practical plan for future cares. Being heard and made a part of my care plan was a great feeling compared to what I’ve experienced in the past. The medical assistants are all great too. I’ve had to bring my baby to both visits and it was never an issue, everyone enjoyed meeting him and didn’t make me feel bad for bringing him. I highly recommend Optima for primary cares.

Everyone I've dealt with has been warm and professional. Providers, assistants, front desk, even billing! So very rare in the world of medical care to have such friendly service. Whoever is doing the hiring and managing is doing a really good job.

This appointment was for my brother who is mentally challenged. They are all very good with him, from the front desk, the nurse and the doctor, and made him feel comfortable. I feel they are also so thorough. He definitely received very good care at this appointment.

My first visit with Optima. My doctor recently joined them and I would follow him anywhere. I was very impressed! Front desk staff was very friendly and efficient and I had no wait time at all. It’s nice to have lab available on site too. So far so good!

The staff at optima health is by far the best I’ve ever encountered in the healthcare industry. Not only are they extremely friendly and welcoming but they are very helpful as well. I have had health issues for a good amount of time now and have been going to different specialists and doctors until I found optimal health. Specifically Dr.Barone. He really listened to what was going on and kept looking to resolve the issue. Very great service and I highly recommend!
