Today was my first appointment since I recently moved from Southern California to Cottonwood. Going to the Dr. is always stressful to me. I was seen promptly upon arriving and on time. The staff were so welcoming. I was seen promptly, and Dr Gale took his time to listen to my history and concerns. I am so grateful for the calm, pleasant environment. I was not rushed and felt seen and heard.

The one star does NOT appy to my doctor and Robyn. They would get a 5 star rating. I give one star to whoever keeps changing my appointment time and day when it has not been requested by me and who does not remove an old pharmacy I chose not to go to anymore with the new one I gave them months ago and who was the last pharmacy that filled my prescription.

I have worked in front office physical therapy before and have education in medical front office. Paying attention to detail is a priority in this field. Optima in Cottonwood which I drive to even though it's over an hour away from my home to see my wonderful doctor fails miserably in the paying attention to detail.

I have had my insurance company billed for a doctor I never saw. I was scheduled to see my doctor in September of this year and someone without my knowledge changed my date to August!!!!!! and canceled my last date made in September. I then could not get in until October and did not have the gas money to make that appointment due to my hours being cut.

To have this many details on one patient screwed up says you have made some bad choices in your hiring and therefore deserve the one star rating!

I am a new patient to the practice, the front office staff was kind about all my questions, and the back office MA was awesome and really put me at ease. Dr Gale was perfect for me. Listened to what I needed and took care of it. I am super happy about my initial appointment, and look forward to working with Optima for all my future needs. I’m always so impressed with the caring, considerate attitude of the entire staff. I feel heard, never rushed, and always cared for. I’m used to be shuffled out quickly with little attention by physicians…. Not the case here. Thanks so much to them all. Our entire family know goes to see “Ellie” our Nurse Practitioner. Better than most any other doctor I’ve visited!

My experience with Optima today was fantastic. Everyone is very friendly and professional. They ran tests on my legs to check my circulation and nerves. Everything was explained to me in a fashion that I understood. Great visit.

Dr. Ellie is the second best PC I've ever had since my first best PC retired. She is caring & funny, yet professional. The office ladies are very nice & professional as well. They always great with a smile. I love being a patient at Optima.

Dr. Noura Eleid and her assistant are top notch. By her careful attention to test results from other physicians, she was able to head off a potentially dangerous situation in my upcoming surgery. She may have saved my life all because she was not just going through the motions, rather treating me as though I am family. In my opinion, that's the most valuable credential a medical professional can have.
