It seems odd to use the words hospice and lucky in the same sentence, but that's how I/we feel!! Mom and I have been with Open Arms a minute now. My entire team has been nothing but attentive, informative, caring, and competent. They ALL go on and above. I've worked with, and witnessed care from other hospice companies. Open Arms has set the bar beyond high! Thank you Alex, Joe, Danny, Tiffany, Deborah, and all the rest of the behind the scenes team that make Mom and I feel spoiled under the circumstances. 100% recommend this group. They've got you under difficult times.

It was such a comforting feeling knowing you guys were always a phone call away for us. We felt very loved. As my dear wife Elgie's dementia progressed, my daughter Joan and I were introduced to Alex, an Open Arms Hospice nurse, who explained that Elgie's health had deteriorated to the point that hospice care was indicated. The care and attention she received from both Alex and Taylor was wonderful. Alex explained clearly how the progression of Elgie's disease would proceed.
The hospice aide, Kaylin gave Elgie such loving care, showering her and caring for Elgie's hair. Denny Stoich also provided helpful counseling.
Once a month a gentleman from Open Arms Hospice came to sing and play guitar to the residents.
In summary, The Open Arms Hospice folks provided wonderful care for my most precious Elgie for which I am grateful.

My Mother, whom recently passed, was cared for by Open Arms Hospice. Alex ( her nurse ), took excellent care of her for months and Diane was there at the very end of her life. We couldn’t have asked for more compassion, expertise and loving care for my Mom. The communication was excellent and we felt involved in everything from the beginning. We can’t thank these wonderful people enough!

My mother was a patient with Open Arms Hospice. I am so grateful to the hospice team that provided exceptional care to my mother. She received compassionate, loving and quality care from the entire team. Open Arms took care of everything for my family and made a difficult situation less stressful. My mother was cared for at the end of her life by Daniel, Tracey, Becca and the team at Opens Arms Hospice. They went out of their way to ensure that my mom was not only comfortable but also happy. The team at Open Arms took time to form a relationship with my mother and genuinely understand what mattered most to her. They focused their care around these goals. They took time to visit with my mother and to know her as a human being... and to also follow-up and keep me informed. Communicating with the hospice team members was easy. They are responsive, compassionate and skilled professionals. As a son and as a physician, I would recommend Open Arms Hospice to anyone needing home hospice care for a loved one.
