A good doc, but he never shows up on time. The staff is rude. They will try to push their profitable edibles on you even if you don't want them. They are incapable of keepin accurate records and won't lift a finger to help you with insurance. And worst of all, half the time their phone number is out of service. Overall, terrible.

If I could put a negative number, I would. Horrible service. Doctors are good but the receptionist are horrible and inconsiderate. Making an appointment is a 5-10 minute job. It takes them 20 minutes and they end up forgetting your on hold. Horrible.

Muy malo el servicio. Programe mi cita con tiempo y llegue a tiempo a ella. Me hicieron esperar durante 3 horas (a pesar de tener cita y llegar a tiempo) para hacerme un Papanicolau y cuando finalmente me hicieron pasar me dijeron que no podían atenderme porque no tenían especulo para realizar el procedimiento. Prácticamente se enteraron de que no tenían el especulo con la paciente anterior a mi, cuando la tenían sentada en la camilla, lista para hacerle el procedimiento. Estas situaciones no son de un centro medico serio. Juegan con el tiempo de las personas y con un simple “lo sentimos, vuelva en otra ocasión”, arreglan las cosas. No volveré a este sitio y espero que otras personas no pasen por el mal momento que yo pase.
