The Dr Vilella is an excellent doctor, since being with her I feel very well taken of and she's the best of the best. Her secretary Adriana Marquez is also kind and willing to help whenever I call for questions, she makes every office visit so easy and seamless that I can also say she's excellent at attending patients.

The Ocoee office manager, Gus, has been a super-responsive and very caring contact for my family. He listened to my problem and is able to communicate within the organization when others cannot. He has worked to provide service, timely follow up for appointments, & most of all, the filling of prescriptions in a timely manner. When I could not get through to the doctor/PA, he was able to step in and assist me with my problem. I highly recommend the Ocoee office because it is often the "front office" that makes all the difference in level of care for a patient. Gus, thanks so much for your support!

I love ms. Quay and all of the staff at OPA. everyone is so friendly and professional and I have never had any issues whatsoever with them. I go once a week to see Katie (who is amazing and has helped me be the best version of myself and continues to do so). she has been a critical part of improving my mental health and I couldn't ask for a better therapist!
