My boyfriend has been going to this doctor since he was young and is now 19 but started having a lot of health complications for about a year now. I thought going to this doctor would be a solution. The doctor just ended up making jokes about him and being extremely rude. Blamed a lot of the problems on mental health. We had to double ask for a specialist referral (gastroenterologist) and when we got it the earliest appointment was in 5 MONTHS. This is terrible because the symptoms will only worsen and health will only decline. He is in pain a lot from his stomach and I feel terrible about it. Please, if you love your loved ones so much and want the best care, do not go to this doctor. One star is being generous.

I have taken both of my kids to this office since they were born. The staff is friendly, the doctors are also friendly. They also except walk ins at certain times and if they are not excepting walk-ins they usually schedule my kids within the week. I usually have to wait 2-4 weeks for myself at another clinic. Overall I have no complaints.

Went today Tuesday because my son got sent back from school in order to return to school they need a doctor's note. Went to the doctor at 2:46 for my son to be seen since he has a fever of 99.5. The receptionist wouldn't take him in because the last walk in was at 2:30pm

I was skeptical to come to this office because of the negative reviews, but I'm glad I did. I've had positive experiences and am never there long, even during walk ins.

I've been taking my kids here for the last year (ages 0-10) and have had a good experience. The front desk staff are polite and helped me (and other patients) figure out issues with our insurance. Im always greeted in a friendly manner and have not noticed anything different.

The doctor is nice and my kids love her. She's very patient and speaks kindly to them.

Most my of my visits are by appointment and they're pretty much on schedule with seeing us. I've been on walk ins too and the wait was short (walk ins are only from like 9-11am I believe).

if you need a prescription the pharmacy downstairs sucks!!! They said 20 minutes and I was there for like 1.5 hours! I could've just went to CVS. I suggest you go to CVS. That's where I'm going to tell them to send it next time.

So, I'm going to keep coming here until I have a reason not to.

I wish I could give this 0 stars! If you must take your child here, make sure you see the Male Dr. Onyeador, not his sister, the female Dr., She is incredibly rude and uncaring. She has no love, passion, or compassion for children or her work. She halfheartedly examines the children, and her bedside manner is horrible. When I tried speaking with her about the halfhearted exam, she became extremely loud with me and began yelling at me because I asked questions about the “Exam.” When a parent brings their child to the doctor, it's because they are ill and the parent cannot provide any relief, and they are scared, worried, and concerned for their baby. The last thing they need is an irate doctor who clearly doesn’t care and who brushes them off or treats them as an annoyance. I am very upset about my experience, and I will report her to the Board o Medical Directors. 11/28/2022

I've been bringing my children here for 16 years. They used to be very professional and caring. The past few years the service has gone downhill. They gave my daughter her shots and stamped her shot record but forgot to update her medical record. The next time I took her in they wanted to give her the same shot again but I refused. This happened TWICE! Lately they have a new phone system and don't answer the phone. The front desk staff is apathetic. I'm glad his practice has grown and thrived but he forgot about level of care. I'm taking my family elsewhere.

Horrible customer service! I dont understand why Dr. O doesnt have any african Americans working for him when hes African. Ive been comingbto this man for years, when i was little and now i bring my daughter. Never did i ever have a problem until the passed couple of years at both locations. The staff is rude and the level of customer service given is horrible. They make u wait for hours even when u do have an appt. If Dr. O isnt there the other dr. See u really quick and get u out. I tried to hang in there but im requesting a new dr. Asap.
