I’m currently going through my first pregnancy and the service has not been so great. Let me start of by saying that the front staff is not so friendly and I understand that they can make mistakes but it is ridiculous that they get upset over us being upset about the mistake they made when they had 3 weeks to correct it!!! They called me due to my appointment needing to be changed because my pregnancy was not confirmed and the nurse practitioner I had requested was not able to see me due to the situation (which my pregnancy was confirmed by Dr. Kelur on Feb 28th) therefore the receptionist told me she’d schedule me for Friday March 28th in the morning with another Dr. Later to find out they changed my appointment to April 3rd without notifying me!! I tried to call and speak with a supervisor but the lady who picked up the phone said she was on a meeting and would later communicate with me. I did not receive a call. I asked her for her supervisor’s email and she did not want to give it to me. It’s been a horrible experience with all the different information they have been telling me. They need to be more organized and professional and a little more compassionate because I am not really the type to complain but the attitude I received was terrible.

Love Dr. Megan Simpson, she takes the time to explain every detail and never rushes, she always asks if I have any other questions. I feel comfortable with her.

i miss mitzy she was a great doctor she helped me through so much , sadly shes not in Yuma anymore and Got switch to megan and she has been wonderful , she is so nice and she tries to help me as much as she can. 😀

Ladies, if you’re looking for a new doctor than Dr. Sweidan is your lady! Get on her calendar now because she is popular but for good reason. She is sweet and willing to help figure out anything that you’re going through. She is very personable and with all the doctors that are at women’s health you need someone who is going to listen and want to help you. Not just brush you off like another person.
I’m very happy that I switched over to her!!

Currently pregnant with my first and I can honestly say we have received the best care here. We drive here from El Centro for every appointment and have not been disappointed. The staff is friendly and helpful. I never wait long before I am moved to my room. I highly recommend Annette Casey, my midwife, she is very knowledgeable and you can tell she loves her job. My OBGYN is Dr. Dania Sweidan and although I haven't seen her during my pregnancy, she is a fantastic doctor. The girls from the lab are great at drawing blood quickly and painlessly. I highly recommend them!

Wait time was basically nonexistent in my two recent visits. Personnel at front and exit desks, nurse, Ms. Strohm- all were friendly, courteous, professional. All questions were answered. I recommend YRMC Women’s Health Center to anyone seeking the type of care they provide.

The front staff was not friendly. Definitely do not make you feel welcomed. Dr. Amon doesn't seem to really listen to what's going on and does the bare minimum for your visit. The check out staff was talking about personal issues before assisting then seemed bothered when needing to schedule an appointment. I will not be going back.
