I went to transitional care for an arm wound that needed to be changed everyday. It must have been around a month that I went in everyday and the girls were all really nice. Aside from them usually being busy with patients coming and going their attitude and kindness was always up to par. I really appreciated how kind and friendly they were to me.Even the girls at the front desk were all patient and nice and willing to help or answer any questions. I hope I don't have to go back for obvious reasons 😅 but if I did I wouldn't mind going here again and definitely recommend them

Nurse Brianna at transitional care was an excellent advocate for my health. She was concerned with all issues that I had plus issues. I didn't know I had. I highly recommend transitional care to get you through those times when you are unable to get into your doctor they go well and beyond. The call of duty to help you. In fact, I feel like I'm better care and service there. And then I did my own doctor.

I feel other cities need to take lessons from Yuma on how Healthcare should be done. I always feel heard. Never do you get rushed. So very thorough in their testing. Best care I've ever recieved in the transitional clinic the hospital and the emergency room.

The docs and nurses are fantastic and amazing!
I was there for extreme persistent pain.
I was instructed to return at any time if I had any problems. I did have a problem, so following the instructions I went to the office so see one of the providers. The receptionist advised me of all the reasons that I shouldn’t wait there. You have to wait to be seen after all the appointments were over, I replied, no problem. It will be a long wait, no problem I replied, everyone is out to lunch she says.

That’s when I walked out!

It seems that all the talk about caring about me and wanting to help, about coming in if I had issues, whatever they were went right out the window!

Having to see my handicap mother sit in her wheelchair for over 7 hours in the waiting area was so upsetting. I understand short staff, and there are methods you are using but it just sucks. Why can't you feel the rooms instead of having people wait in their wheelchairs. I rather her having to wait 7 plus hours in a room laying down then sitting up in her wheelchair. Just disappointed in the way the methods of running the ER waiting area. Needs more compassion not seeing people as cash cows.

a most unwilling staff and possibly incompetent. saying something and then not following through. need new support staff and or intensive training to include sensitivity training for disabled patients. not a pleasant adventure with ignorant and unwilling to learn staff. Ms. Givens was the only reason to go there. She provided professional care with a wonderful manner. It is too bad she did not receive the proper support from the staff
