Great receptionist that signed us in & helped me entertain my autistic daughter with a DVD player and sum paper with markers. Without her I think it would have been stressful. Thankfully I had a good experience, thank you YRMC!

Had another Excellent experience @ YRMC, this time Outpatient Surgery!
From Nettie at Check-in/Reg (efficient, friendly & caring, plus attended to waiting family members) to the Pre-Op Team (Sean & Sydney - Professional, gentle patient care oriented & with great thorough explanations) & same for Anesthesiologist, Dr Shah, CNA - Donna & Surgery RN - Whitney. All were Professional, kind & Patient care oriented, great efficient Team work, answered any questions clearly. THX to all plus, of course Dr Tracy did an equally terrific job! Would highly recommend them all!

I recently had a procedure done on my nose. The hospital staff was very professional and thorough in explaining everything step by step. Pre and post opp nurses helped calm my nerves and helped me in feeling relaxed. My Dr did a fantastic job, I'm now going through the healing process.

The YRMC Outpatient Surgery Team was first class in service in my care. They were warm and friendly and treated me and my wife with the utmost care. All while being friendly and relaxed. This all made the surgery experience so much easier.
