I had my first appointment with Dr. Bishop for beginning as my primary care physician. Dr Bishop was well prepared for my visit he had reviewed my medical history beforehand and was prepared for a consultation regarding my physical condition. He was very thorough and did attempt to hurry through the appointment. I am very pleased I am now under his medical care. I would definitely recommend Dr Bishop to my friends and family.

It was the most friendliest place I've ever been when I've gone to see a doctor. The receptionist everybody was very helpful and friendly. I'm glad I made the choice to establish my doctor at this establishment.

I went into Onvida tonight about 6:30pm. Penny the admitting nurse was so thorough and friendly. The facility was immaculate. The ER lobby was comfortable to wait in. Only a few patients before me. But they were so quick getting me in. They got me into a bed. Did a good review of what I was there for. They were very understanding of my concerns. It took a little bit to treat me, but once we agreed on a course of treatment they were quick. They then checked on me and if I was feeling any better. When I said that I was feeling some relief, they ordered another round, and also sent in a prescription to a local pharmacy to hopefully get me through the next few days until I could get my Dr to check on getting my original prescription to be filled. The P.A. Alyssa was great. Her bedside manner was awesome. I was given Excellent care while I was there. It took just about 3 hours, but totally acceptable for what they did for me. If I could give them 10 stars, I absolutely would. I won't hesitate to give them another shot at my care, if the need ever arises again. So much better than driving into the main hospital in town and feeling like I was just a number, or lost in the shuffle!!! I highly recommend Onvida (YRMC) in the Foothills! Thank you!

Foothills branch had Horrible service!! Long wait times and technicians are not caring. Our family will stay going to the Yuma main lab facility which had better service. Hope it hasn’t changed with the new name. Stay away from the foothills branch if you can and avoid the unpleasant treatment.

Been having terrible experiences with medical personnel in Yuma. This establishment not only comfortable and nice on the inside, but the front desk lady was very nice and helpful and the nurses as well. Though i did not totally get a resolution of my ailments and the Dr could use some work on patient etiquette, it was not a complete disaster. Not sure why they felt i could go back to work in two days after seeing i was having trouble walking and using a cane because of back issues and lack of balance due to dizziness, but i will be back because i know i am far from ready to return to work. Having an ok experience in a Yuma hospital seems to be the bar…….

We waited 5 hours and my baby had a fever of over 103 and no doctor saw him, they just told us it wasn't our turn yet. We had to leave because my baby wasn't getting better.

I will not return there for tests. The dressing rooms open up into the waiting room. Prior lady was sick, sneezing, blowing her nose and I had to ask employee to clean the area before I used the dressing room.

Just became an established patient of the Onvida Health Care system. All seems good in the new Yuma Foothills facility. My care has yet to be announced going forward since I don’t have any known issues at the moment.
