My mom had called to reschedule a follow up appointment after her visit to the ER and they told her they would not reschedule, basically forcing her to go to even though she is in active pain bc of her cancer. This was all via interpreter and my mom was basically denied accommodation. It wasn’t until I had called , in English , that they were able to reschedule. My mom had already gone to a specialist this morning so it wasn’t necessary to go to her primary at all.Do better the first time instead of trying to make a quick buck!

Needed to be seen. Had a list of concerns. All addressed and discussed. Erin Murray is wonderful and very patient friendly. Highly recommend. Coming from an office in the last year to Erin was a smart change. I always felt like just another payment at the other office. Wouldn’t touch me except with a pen, yes pen. Thank you.
