Had a Colonoscpy on 02-24-2025 and woke up in pain during the procedure!!, Just imagine with my movements waking up if one of my organs would of gotten perforated, scary! So traumatized! now having nightmares of this!😡😡😡

Front desk staff friendly, nurses, anesthesiologist, basically all in the back were great. It's the wait, 2 weeks now, for the results that are difficult. All in all, an ok experience and happy, at 65, that I finally had one done. Piece of mind is great.

Truly was a great visit, was truly nervous and they made me feel comfortable well after it was explained about not being responsible for my items during the procedure. That is the only thing I would say made me uncomfortable....the nurses was amazing and the Dr told me to just relax and it was over with.....

I had a great experience with the staff at YRMC. Having a colonoscopy is not my favorite activity, but the kindness of the staff made the experience quite easy. The staff was thorough, kind and took their time with me.

I appreciate the experienced nursing staff and how easy they made my test go . I recommend using this facility for anyone needing a GI scope done. I also appreciate that they called the next day to follow up and see how I was feeling. They do care about the patients and providing great patient care
