Checkin and the nurse upstairs are wonderful. The slow down is in the pharmacy so be sure to bring something to entertain the waiting if your not into the puzzle. The cancer resource ladies are great keep it up. Loved helping with the honey pots for your fundraiser appreciation. See you all in the winter headed north to stay cool

Staff are ok just please when you give directions do it in the paperwork as a most professional people do. And better appointments paperwork more clearly please. And just because doctors are about to retired don't have to be rude. And more patients with people because we actually have feelings to. Just saying 😌

My father went for his first initial diagnosis appointment. He was scheduled with Dr. Xiang. I am saddened to say the appointment did not go well. First of all the Dr. was wearing a mask and we could not clearly understand what he was saying, we felt he was rushed and irritated. Dr. Xiang felt bothered by the questions we asked. His main focus should be Patient Care with Empathy and it failed him at my father's appointment. We were told we would receive a call from a manager regarding our visit/concerns. We have yet to receive the call. We do want to thank the Front Desk and Nurses for your service.

As usual the infusion team the lab team and NP Sara Thompson was above and beyond the Call of duty for me. They are very friendly very helpful and very very accommodated... As I was late for my appointment my misreading the appointment information. But they all work together and got me in for my infusion labs and the doctor.
NP SaraThompson has been very very nice and helping me and I so appreciate her.

I am a patient of Dr. Wilds and Dr. Arun. The treatment I have and am still receiving from both doctors, nurses and staff at the Cancer Center has been exemplary. Everyone genuinely cares and are beyond wonderful. We are so heartbroken that Dr. Arun has left.

Everyone at the Cancer center are polite and informative. They treated me with care and respect. Doctor Karin is an excellent caring Doctor. I would definitely recommend the Cancer Center if you need special treatment

The past 3 months have involved several appts at YRMC/Onvida first was mammogram identifying a small mass, then a few more mamos and MRI for biopsies, etc. Then out patient surgery with the wonderful Dr. Cheung and visits with the Oncologists. Every step of the way I have been treated with compassion, respect and consideration from all the staff, techs, aids, nurses and Drs. Dr. Lyster, my medical oncologist was the most recent experience at the cancer center and I so appreciated his candor, demeanor, consideration and knowledge, going over every aspect of the pathology reports with me and making sound recommendations. I've lived here a very long time and have had many contacts with YRMC over the years and I have to say
this is not the YRMC of old, this is a new and improved version with staff who are friendly, considerate and knowledgeable, state of the art equipment, and beautiful well staffed centers. Thank you Onvida! I'm happy to see you continue to grow and serve our communities.
