Briana is simply amazing! She’s incredibly knowledgeable, very attentive, and she actually cares about your wellbeing beyond just the medical. On every appointment she always takes the time to ask about how life is going and you NEVER have to worry about her running behind. The vast majority of doctor visits make you wait past your scheduled time but I’ve never had that experience with her. If you’re looking for someone who will actually care about you as a person and do everything they can to address your needs, schedule with her!

I was looking for a new provider for general medical care and one of my friends in the medical field recommended One Stop Family Clinic. I made an appointment for a condition that requires review and a referral to a surgeon. I saw Brianna Stevens, NP, on my visit and was very impressed with everything about the visit. Very nice to me at check in, medical history, examination, making sure I was comfortable and explaining what they were doing. It's rare these days to feel like a valued customer in the Medical world, but I actually did. Could not be more pleased. People, there is a reason they have so many 5 star reviews. I'd give 6 stars if I could.

I'm 1000% satisfied with every visit I've ever had here. Emily Nelson is top tier and sets the bar high compared to other Dr's I've met. The entire staff from the time I walk in until the time I leave our are exceptionally professional, welcoming, knowledgeable and kind. I feel like I'm walking into holiday with family every time I go to One Stop Family Clinic. I'm so pleased I encourage everyone I encounter that they should be a patient here. Although it's really challenging for me in this area to find room for improvement as my expectations for doctor visits are still being formed due to past experiences of not really wanting to go to the doctor! However, I never really leave 5 stars because there is always room for improvement.

With that I really appreciated the general wellness approach and time taken to just get to know me while having an honest discussion on how I should move forward. My previous experience with healthcare was one full off trying to get me dosed up on all kinds of stuff which was about 15 years ago.

I recall one physician telling me that I had a very short life expectancy unless I got on their prescriptions and once I lived past that date and even 5 years more my trust in physicians dwindled. However, Bri was not like any other physician I had in the past and even noted that she wasn't going to just instantly prescribing me stuff without getting to know the full picture first.

I of course have had made a lot of life style changes since then and lost close to 50lbs so perhaps that is why I have a more positive experience. I went my own way in the past through research and understanding that losing weight in my case was the main factor in any health issues.

I appreciate that Bri listened to me and wants to continue that path while given me guidance on how to adjust some old habits to help me improve my health. All in all I really enjoyed my experience and feel that this is care that I can stick with knowing they are more focused on me without filling me up with prescriptions.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful from the reception to Dr. Nelson who was very thorough and seemed to be genuinely invested in caring and helping to improve my health without pushing unnecessary prescriptions. Very knowledgeable health care provider. I would strongly recommend it!
