I received a cpap machine from them with full face mask and wanted a nasal mask. I started this process 8/9/2022 it is now 9/6/2022 and I still have not received the correct parts to make the switch! I received 3 -4 different items from them all Incorrect! Initially they had No Record of the machine they sent me! I called another company and in two minutes all my questions were answered and told me to call back with any further questions or if I needed supplies, which would not be covered by my humanaMedicare advantage plan! So it’s out of pocket! Now wonder Medicare is in such horrible shape if it has to deal with such incompetent comanies as ONE HOME ! They waste money by sending out the incorrect item over and over! This company is USELESS!

If I could give no stars I would!! This company is Horrible have never delivered my supplies on time since I have been with this company. If I don't call them I don't get called! I am currently out of supplies they promised me I would have them on Friday October 16th, 2020 and here I am sitting without supplies. I have Medical billing and coding experience and have worked for several DME companies so I understand that end of the business and now am a T1D and understand this end of the process and this company is by far the worst! I have tried to call them all day and keep getting the "sorry we can't take your call right now leave a message". Its like...... really. Long story short they just don't care! So if you have supplies that you can not live without say Urology or Ostomy please go somewhere else for your supples because they would probably let you die!

UPDATE as of 12/09/2020- I just fired this company because again I am getting very low on supplies due to their incompetent workers including there so called Customer Service Manager names Jeanne Eggerling. I told her I wanted to cancel my account and she had no problems letting me go as a customer!! Its like really WOW some Customer Service Manager she should be fired!!!!

Poor customer service. Was told supplies would be shipped automatically.... they were not. Tried calling for the past week and can't get ahold of anyone there to get my supplies. Now I am having to start the process over to go through a new company.

I have had to deal with this company because of my diabetic daughter. We are alway running out of supplies. You would think after a year and a half they could get it right. The worst medical suppy company to work with.

They never have the supplies you need. The one in Florida seems to only carry the reservoir for the insulin pump and nothing else. This company needs to be put out of business. BBB needs to be called in. I almost ended up in diabetic ketoacidosis because of their neglect to care at all.

The late night TV ad makes me feel that this company is ripping off both the medicare recipient and all of us taxpayers who support medicare. They should be investigated and imprisoned if found guilty!

What company does not answer their phone, nor clear out their voicemail to get messages, and don’t reply to emails. I have been trying to reach them for a month. Including via social media platforms. This is horrible customer service. Sad to say when something goes wrong with their equipment you won’t be able to reach anyone!!!!
