BUYER BEWARE! Don’t make the same mistake I did with this one Medical Office and make sure to confirm what they will charge you before you go to this office.
They sneakily billed my insurance for $772 for a 15 minute primary care visit. As I am on a high deductible plan I have to pay close to that amount now. I did not get the help I needed from the original doctor and he tried to make me go for more tests and service, yes more money, maybe they are on commission who knows.
They don’t care about people here they care about money. I will never use one medical again after this obscene rip off. They should all be ashamed of themselves in there. AVOID this office at all costs.

The providers here are excellent, but the technology is mostly terrible. I have been frequently running out of prescriptions due to one sort of hiccup or the other.

When problems arise, if you think you will be able to talk to someone on the phone: good luck with that! It is all highly automated, and sometimes problems fall through the cracks, where they linger on an automated trash heap, while no action is being taken.

It's not a good feeling to hit the "submit" button, and then days later your concern with a medication or other issue still isn't addressed. Then, if you decide to use their hotline to escalate the concern, they may be rude to you if it doesn't seem "urgent" to the person typing on the other end of the hotline.

I've been a patient at One Medical for many years. It's time for me to find another provider. Thought I would take a minute to share my experience before doing that.

When the technology works, it is convenient. But when things fall through the cracks, there are layers of automated bots that you need to navigate to get any kind of actual response. This can be frustrating. I often miss the doctor's office from 20 years ago, where I could call a number, within certain hours, and at least get an office receptionist on the phone. That beats waiting for days while wondering if an automated bot is going to direct my concern to the correct person in the medical hierarchy.

For people who doubt my review, check out One Medical on Trust Pilot, where they presently have a wopping 2.2 stars out of 5, with over 25 reviewers. The complaints have common themes: trouble getting prescriptions filled, trouble contacting providers at One Medical, trouble with automated systems, lack of phone availability of staff, and poor customer service.

Stay away from One Medical. I am extremely disappointed with them and their service. I plan to switch as soon as my company's open enrollment period starts. A One Medical front desk person promised me I could have a copay waived because I had initially scheduled a "brief" appointment where I could only have one issue addressed, however I had a total of three issues that I needed addressed, so then my doctor told me I had to schedule a separate "regular" appointment to have my other two issues addressed. I paid the first copay, and did not pay the second one because I had expected them to honor what their own staff member told me. Such terrible customer service.

I’ve been a member of One Medical for a year now and every single experience has been amazing. From super quick, smooth Covid-19 testing to thorough exams with empathetic, thoughtful and considerate doctors and all of it with near 0 wait time for each appointment.
For this location in particular, Lartily Mateo, PA-C who is my primary care provider is outstanding. She is incredibly patient and thoughtful, she takes the time to get to know you and engage you on a personal, human-to-human level. If One Medical has such a thing as provider of the year, Lartily deserves to win the title!

Lab was closed with no notice online. Pretty frustrating when you’re told to come in fasting. Second time this has happened with One Medical recently.

I love One Medical! It has exceeded my expectations for a doctor's office. The front desk is friendly and helpful, appointments are always on time, and Dr. Beth Pferdehirt is the best doctor I've ever had!

These are terrible people who operate a shady business. Check your bill - they have a habit of inflating bills and then ignoring disputes.
