Dr Maddie Underwood is an exceptionally kind and caring doctor, who creates an atmosphere of trust and mutual respect.
She is warm and compassionate to talk to, and clearly a very
experienced physician.
She is also extremely thorough, giving you the time and attention to talk about your concerns and medical history. I feel in the best hands with her.

One is easy to use, the app works perfectly and availability is great. The Strawberry location is immaculate, well staffed, comfortable and has easy parking. Most importantly, the medical professionals and the receptionist are just excellent- knowledgeable, kind and supportive. They’ve helped us several times. I am very grateful One is nearby!

The offices are modern and the front desk staff were kind. As a GenX'r I have a sense that everyone working for One Medical is young. One thing I like is that I didn't sit in the waiting room for 15 minutes, which is pretty common with other doctor's offices. I was seen almost immediately after I came in. I felt rushed during my introductory wellness visit though, so it's not as extensive of an intake as you would get with a functional medicine doctor.

The clinic staff is always polite and helpful. The lab does a great job with blood draws. You can even get ultrasounds here. My doctor, Dr. Garcia, is great. Could not be happier.
