I’m so happy I chose this as my primary medical care while we live in Tucson during the winter- Lori Barbula NP has been wonderful helping me with recent medical issues - in fact, there’s an entire team that helps with my care! I have Medicare & Tricare for Life for my insurance- everyone is friendly & welcoming ! Highly recommend this organization!

I never leave reviews but this is absolutely ridiculous, if I could I would have left a -1 star review. I moved to Tucson Az in December and it has been very difficult to find a doctor. Finaly I was abble to schedulle an appointment at this place. I was seen one week ago by the registered nurse, I told her I hadn't had blood tests in a while and then she said oh you want blood tests? Ok let me order them, you would think they will order them without you asking. It didn't feel right but I thought I would give them a chance. I went next day for blood and urine tests at the same place. They were supposed to fill a prescription for me, I gave them my pharmacy information but a few days later the prescription hadn't been filled at the pharmacy so I went ahead and filled it myself. Today the pharmacy called me and said that they had talked to the nurse and she said they couldn't find my reccord there and they didn't know if I was still a patient there. I also had an online appointment today to discuss my lab results but they never called me. So I called them and the person that helped me found my reccord but he daid there wasn't a pharmacy listed, there was no reccord of a prescription, no reccord of me having an appointment and no reccord of me having tests done. My first thought was to go there, yell at them and ask for a copy of my test results but to tell you the truth I can't even trust those results anymore if they exist. I wouldn't dare going to this place anymore.

I saw 2 doctors there. The first was worthless on listening and follow through. The second one couldn't get radiology orders correct. The front office staff and one of Health Coach staff, Courtney, are rude and not helpful at all. I am transferring to the Grant office. Hopefully they will be more competent.

I cannot say enough nice and good things about the care I receive at Iora. Firstly, I love how they are very punctual, you are not waiting for long periods of time to see your doctor. Secondly, THEY CARE. They take the time neccessary to get to know you and keep up with, not only your health but with you and your family life. After the first visit they know your name , so there is no need to wait to sign in at a desk. The health coach spends quality time with you and so does your doctor. Dr. Crane and Brittany are both amazing, but then again so is all of the staff. Always friendly and cheerful. Doctor's offices are not what they used to be, however, Iora is a modern office with that old school wonderful bedside manner that many seek. I recommend them highly to everyone I talk to because I think they are that great.

My mother was a patient with Iora East in Tucson for about 2 years, and she had an absolutely fabulous experience with this organization. The staff were incredibly friendly and genuinely cared about the patients' well being. The doctors always spent at least 45 minutes with my mother for a visit or check up and always listened very carefully to her responses to their questions and any concerns she had. They were very respectful in dealing with her. They were also highly responsive whenever we had needs. The office itself is beautiful and inviting. And all the activities they offer from chair exercises to parties were wonderful. My mother enjoyed going there so much that she only wished we lived a little closer so she could go every day!

I have a family member who is followed by this clinic and they are fantastic. He established with a new provider, Dr. Smock, and he says he was so kind, thorough and helpful that he can't wait to go back. After struggling through lack of communication and follow up with previous clinics, he has been so impressed by One Medical Seniors.

After a recent move from out of state, we needed to establish a relationship with primary care physicians. From the minute we walked in the door, we were immediately greeted with a professional, caring introduction. My husband and I met with our respective health coaches and our doctors, and spent at minimum an hour reviewing our history, medical needs and goals. Referrals were made for specialty needs and lab work, as well as refilling needed Rx.

Iora Primary Care is a rare find -- one that doesn't usher you in and out of a revolving door. VERY thankful we found Sergio, Frank and Dr Boyce and Dr Weiss!

"I promised to do write a review in August and it became clear to me last week that I needed to get busy and share my experience about my care at Iora. I have also been seeing a specialist of MY choosing for a specific health issue and it seemed as if I were not an active participant in the overall decision making for my treatment plan. On the heels of this disappointing consult, I had my annual review with Dr Miki Crane and my health coach Nikki Dittler. First, Nikki and I sat and discussed everything that has been going on, my change in supplements and overall symptoms and concerns. She made generous notes on the screen with me watching and able to add or subtract to this record as we went along. She asked pertinent questions to make sure the information is correct. We did blood pressure and other vitals before Dr Crane came into the exam room.

It is my understanding that Dr Crane has been able to view this from another room. Dr Crane comes in and does some checking of my moving parts, listens to my lungs, etc and we then discuss my immediate concerns and any changes for what can or should be done at this time and I am an active participant in these choices. I leave my appointment fully informed of the current plan and the upcoming testing and goals.

This is a far cry from the appointments that I have had elsewhere in recent years, which often call for some time spent in the waiting room for a very brief appointment telling me what is the plan without much concern for my thought process. Then in the appointment, with me looking at the side view of my doctor's head while he is on the computer.

My husband and I both came to Iora nearly two years ago because each of our primary doctors changed to concierge only. We saw an article in the newspaper explaining the model of Iora Health and we decided to first make a visit and then the change to Iora and we are both very pleased, not only with our care here, but easy accessibility to both our doctor and our respective health coaches. We do not spend excessive time waiting for our appointments because of overbooking and we have plenty of time with Dr Crane to discuss any and all of our concerns during our appointments. The interaction with our health coaches between appointments gives us answers and responses for immediate attention when necessary.

In addition, the entire staff at Iora Health, in both facilities at Broadway and Grant Road, takes personal interest in each patient as if he or she is personally responsible for that person's welfare. When we call the clinic, we speak to a person and not hear all the press number choices until we finally reach 0 to speak to a person, who might be, in the end, part of an answering service. We do not get the reply that the person on the other end will get back after they first ask our doctor; which in other models can take days. Iora staff members just plain get the job done in short order!
