I came in as a drop in for lab work. Wait time was very short (despite no appointment) and the phlebotomist was super sweet and I barely felt the needle. Definitely recommend.

The good - skilled, attentive doctors, and very easy to make, change, and cancel appointments, lots of locations, telehealth always an option.
The bad - just completely outrageous billing nonsense. $500 for ten to twenty minutes. I didn't worry too much because I have a high deductible plan and could pay with an HSA as the money came in. They put me on a payment plan to withdraw on the 3rd of the month. They tried to pull the payment on the 1st and no money was there yet, SO THEY CANCELLED MY PAYMENT PLAN WITH ABSOLUTELY NO NOTIFICATION. They didn't try to charge the card again. They just sent me a bill for the full amount again.

I figured I'd be pro-active and logged in monthly and paid the amount directly - and I paid EXTRA every time. After 3 months of diligently doing so THEY SENT ME TO COLLECTIONS FOR THE LAST $100.

I had called and emailed MULTIPLE TIMES about the issue and PAID THEM MONTHLY -- and they send me to collections? Beyond rude and absurd. Their justification? The payment plan was cancelled - so their record keeping showed 3 months of no payments - despite the fact that I was paying them directly, and paying MORE than agreed. Just nuts.

My insurance covers preventive care, but their opaque billing system did not warned me they weren’t filling a lab test as preventive.
I never had to pay anywhere else I took a lab test with my current insurance. I asked them to make a new claim and file my test again as “preventive” but after 6 weeks they got back to me saying that would be fraudulent and I have to pay for it.
I Agree with other customers, stay away from them. They make your visit smooth and make you deal with endless billing issues afterwards.
