Kritika Joshi, DO is the best doctor I've ever had. She listens, she comes with great suggestions, and she is thorough. She is easy to schedule with, she is not judgemental, and overall amazing. I can't say anything negative about her. I love her.

I've honestly never felt so comfortable during a visit to the doctor during the 14 years I've lived in the United States. It felt like talking to a real person that had the time and the space to be genuinely interested in my health and well being. Being able to get an appointment when I need it, and having relatively easy access to a provider that is familiar with me and my medical history if I need it sounds verey reassuring. Finally, I think this is the first time I leave a medical facility without a huge folder filled with paper I cannot read as a blind person. Everything is right there in the app, including vitals, referrals and follow ups, and that is something I can access and manage independently. I don't know what else to say. Being treated like a person when it goes to healthcare shouldn't be the exception, but I'm very glad the exception exist, for me and others.

Re: Dr. Joshi
She and assistant removed ALL my ear wax. Sounds like a simple job - but not in my case. Other doctors and techs have often said they completed the job when it became obvious in a week that it wasn't.
One of her main specialties is dermatology (skin). Have started some long put-off inspections and "cures".
I am going to see if I can make her my "primary care" physician under me Medicare ins. with United Health

One Medical is almost like a medical concierge service.
I was very impressed by the care and professionalism of Dr. Tannaz Nekoi-Panah and now I am equally happy with Dr. Kritika Joshi.
The availability is amazing and very close to my home. The office is modern and with easy parking in front.

Excellent front desk customer service. The agent was lucid and accommodating. She asked if there were any problems and gave me information about the appointment. Dr. Joshi is an excellent ear-setter. She acknowledged my worries and made the proper referrals without raising any red flags. I adore having a doctor who truly looks out for their patients. It's a good thing I have excellent insurance because the fee of the office visit was reasonably affordable. Thanks again.
