Dr. Eisner is the best provider I have ever had. He really takes the time to listen and get the most accurate picture of everything going on and then makes the best recommendations. I love discussing my health with him because he is so compassionate and understanding, and I never feel any judgement. It feels good to be able to discuss any sort of medical issues (and life stressors) knowing I have someone who is not only SO smart but also so chill and kind!
Lab staff & front office staff are also always so sweet and engaging. It's never a bad time here! 10/10 🙂

I have had really positive experiences with One Medical at Downtown San Diego. Dr Eisner was very knowledgeable and really listened to my concerns and offered multiple reasons for my ailment that we would explore by testing and follow up. The office is easily accessible with parking or by public transportation. Appointments ran on exactly on time with no waiting and the doctor and staff showed a caring attitude. I highly recommend!

I had a remote visit with Dr. David Eisner. The video visit was simple to book, occurred the same day, Dr Eisner was thorough, and his bedside manner was exceptional. I could not have asked for more from the entire experience. I will continue to enthusiastically use One Medical for my health care.

Quick and easy check in, all concerns addressed, referrals sent on the spot, quick post visit communication from provider. Health care is such a problem, with burnt-out doctors, high costs, long waits for care - but with One Medical you’d never know! Happy to get my annual out of the way with no fuss and happy to have a kind doctor like Dr. Sarah to empathetically listen to me rant about perimenopause. ☺️

I was never so uncomfortable at a doctor office before — being asked about sexual orientation and what specific types of sex? Seriously? Are those questions actually on the form to ask your patients? Ridiculous.

Asking where specifically in the city I lived — what part, what I did for work? Stick to the medicine please.

I'm a longtime One Medical member, but I'd just moved back to San Diego and was even surprised at how One Medical keeps upping their game. The front desk woman killed me with kindness, and my provider Sarah knocked it out of the park with an impressive display of knowledge, compassion and a solid treatment plan. So I left feeling quite optimistic and downright happy!
