My experience was excellent from start to finish. The facility was clean and nicely decorated. The front desk agents were friendly. Nurse Karen was fantastic. She was patient with me even though the day was nearing an end. She made me feel like I was her only priority. She was personable and knowledgeable when answering questions related to both my health and insurance coverage. I left feeling well taken care of and optimistic about future visits.

My experience with One Medical was excellent! The staff was friendly and my appointment was on time .
Karen Black FNP was fantastic she listen to all my concerns and we have already started my wellness care plan . The office has lab there and the phlebotomist was excellent had no problem drawing my blood , and it’s convenient when you have a busy schedule I would recommend to my friends and family .

FNP Karen is amazing! She listens and takes her time with you. She really cares about making sure your needs are met. The in house lab is also convenient and the follow up after the results are ready is quick. I’ll definitely be back.
