I had my first annual women’s well check-up at this location today and I am amazed how efficient my visit was. For a small annual membership fee (if you are a prime member) you are getting a concierge like customer service. Easy to book appointments, even urgent video calls, if you book your appointment and show up on time, you sit in a nicely design living room alone, not filled with other sick patients. You have the lab in-house, even though it was closed the day I visited, I received a personal chat message about it the day before, so I was aware and ensured it didn’t affect my visit at all.

Dr. Roshan Bransden was just so wonderful, she took her time to document everything, asked many questions, and checked on additional concerns of mine that were not even part of the pre-booked exam. Plus, I received a recap and recommendation in a personalized app message before the end of the day of my visit. They all work so hard here to deliver a spotless experience, big thank you to everyone including their amazing doctors!

Came in to see how to register and get started. Did not have a lot of info so came for that. Was welcomed by Tyler at the front desk and I have to say that rarely we get such great customer service these days in Miami. Tyler was fully knowledgeable about One Medical, gave detailed explanation about everything I asked. I had a lot of questions, and she patiently and kindly provided the support I was looking for. Great first impression. Looking forward to book my first appointment with one of the primary care Doctors.

I have written over 100 reviews, the majority of which are five stars. Unfortunately, I feel compelled to leave this one-star review for this medical practice due to several concerning experiences.

First, introducing a subscription model for basic services—like using the online portal or accessing your doctor—feels unnecessary and exploitative. These were services previously included without extra fees, and now they’re behind a paywall.

Second, the office has consistently struggled with managing paperwork efficiently. There have been numerous instances of delays, contradictory responses, or no response at all. For example, something as routine as annual physical bloodwork became an unnecessary frustration. They instructed me to make an appointment with my doctor to "discuss charges," which was disheartening after I had already spent hours trying to resolve their billing errors.

During my visit, my doctor promised to include a vitamin D test in my lab work but forgot. When I returned as directed, the lab was closed—during the middle of a workday. After coming back yet again, I was charged for lab work that should have been part of my initial physical. I’ve sent multiple messages trying to clear this up, but the lack of timely and consistent communication has been a significant time soak and is still unresolved. Even though they claimed it was resolved, I am still receiving invoices.

In summary, while this practice is relatively new, their subscription fees and repeated administrative missteps have made accessing care much more complicated than it should be. They did not even respond when I said I was going to write this review. I hope they address these issues, but for now, I cannot recommend this practice.

Great facility with labs in house. Convenient location and extremely friendly staff. Dr. Matthew Webber is personable, very well informed, lifestyle medicine board certified and he clearly cares about the health of his patients.

Came here for my annual wellness check and was blown away by the friendliness of the staff and the overall aesthetic of the building. No one likes going to the doctor but this was a really enjoyable experience and the One Medical app is easy to use and navigate.

Overall experience was excellent! Easy to park, check in, calm and spacious waiting room. Dr. Villacorta was punctual and provided a thorough exam and not rushed.

Could not be happier. I've been a one medical member for about a year but when our first baby was born earlier this year we were happy to find out that they had a pediatric practice nearby.

Having a newborn is scary. 24/7 urgent care video visits, easy booking, easy records has made life so much easier and calmed our nerves so much.

The location is gorgeous, the nursing and changing room is beautiful.

Dr. Villacorta really cares for her patients and it shows. She takes her time, and is extremely thorough and diligent. We've never felt rushed nor have we ever been kept waiting long. Unlike with many medical practices, they keep their appointments and a 11am appt doesn't mean you see a doctor at 12:30. It means you see the doctor at 11. Maybe 11:05 in the worst case.

I know it sounds like OM is paying me for this gushing review, they are not. I'm just really happy with them.

To the single one star review who was upset that they charge a membership fee (which is pretty low with amazon prime) go to MDNow or Baptist Urgent care (I've been to both) and compare your experiences. The difference is night and day and the experience at one medical is better in every way.
