It took a while to get an appointment, but that is to be expected. I arrived to the appt early and they got me in about 7 min late. This time was deducted from what I'm guessing is 30 min time limits, when I asked about this I was told to talk to amazon. After the prelim blood pressure and family history talk there was no time to go over what I was there for in the first place. I really enjoyed the first two doctors I had, unfortunately the last two not so much. I won't be returning

I thought Kaiser was lacking, but this is noticeably worse. The care feels slow and fragmented, especially in the lab. While the customer service is relatively good, it can’t compensate for a broken healthcare system it’s interfacing with. I’d hate to be seriously ill with One Medical.

Doctor was great! Lab was terrible! Only two of us waiting and it took 29 minutes to get 1 shot. Never again will I go to the Bon Air lab. Go to Strawberry for quicker lab service.

I tried several times to book an appointment for a senior flu shot at either of the 2 labs in Marin. The one appointment occasionally available were not convenient with the blood test I was also having done after fasting. I was able to get the flu shot at the local Safeway. When I went in the next morning for the blood test, I was asked if I wanted to have the flu shot also.It would have been so helpful to have that time shown as open on the on-line scheduling.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Why would anyone pay a premium for this service? Years ago it used to be great and you could see your doctor same week. Now EVERY TIME I want to book the first available appointment is either 3-4 weeks out or 1-2 hours away and still 1-2 weeks out. There is absolutely no convenience and I will not be renewing. I can make appts with my regular insurance in days. Seriously, this whole business model is a hoax and a scam.

my lab experience would be 5 stars, but bc i have to use an outside provider for a menopause specialist i downgrade to 3. It is unacceptable to me that one medical does not employ even one menopause society certified practitioner. At least half the population will go through menopause, probably more than half one medical’s patients. Please get with it!

One Medial is fantastic! The office has a drop in lab so all work can be done after an appointment. The call in remote service is available most times for emergencies or basic questions about care. My wife and I are Medicare seniors and One Medical provides excellent access to our Primary Care needs.
