I have been coming here for about 6 months and am feeling the best I’ve ever felt in my 56 years of existence. I had insomnia when I first started coming here in August and am now sleeping better than ever without the use of any sleep aid. I have been doing oxygen therapy, red light therapy, ozone therapy, and cold plunges. Dr. Lizardi is very knowledgeable and fun. I learned a lot from him about myself in our appointments.
