This place is a haven of relaxation and positivity. I've tried cryotherapy, cold plunge, infrared sauna, and their wellness pod, and I'm about to try their compression boots. It's a holistic wellness destination; the ambiance is soothing, the staff is super friendly and every visit leaves you feeling fabulous. I highly recommend!

Due to changing work schedules and other commitments it has been a while since I visited OM wellness center. Coming back, the experience was even better than I remembered. Still a comfortable environment and a friendly welcoming staff, but they have added new innovative equipment. I got a membership and will definitely be taking full advantage. I highly recommend.

I have been coming to the OM center for a couple of weeks now. I started because I have been in terrible pain for months all over my body, which the doctors believe is from fibermyalgia. In just a couple of weeks the pain went from being bed-ridden to manageable, to today I actually played tennis for the first time in months! The staff are so sweet and helpful. The owner is so incredibly knowledgeable about the different therapies too. I highly recommend the OM Center to anyone in pain or just wants to maintain their health. As a bonus...I have been stuck at the same weight for 2 years and since coming (along with eating a clean and healthy diet, which I have done before with no weight-loss), I have lost 10 lbs! I will definitely continue coming. One last thought, one day when I first started I came in limping because of ankle pain. I did the cryotherapy and actually left without limping (I still felt a little pain, but I wasn't limping!). It's clean and beautiful inside too. 5 stars!

My husband and I had the most rejuvenating and relaxing experience today at OM Center for Wellness. We were greeted with warmth from their top-notch staff and were given a tour of the beautiful facility. OM Center for Wellness is a tranquil facility offering various treatments to meet your individual needs. My husband enjoyed the cold plunge and the infrared sauna. I enjoyed the wellness cocoon which helped me unwind and relax. The owner of the facility was very friendly, knowledgeable, and was present to answer any questions that we had. We left feeling revitalized and are excited to return for our next visit. As a solo practitioner who is also a mother to three children, finding time for self-care can be difficult. I realized today that the self-care isn't as time consuming as I thought it would be. I'm looking forward to returning to OM Center for Wellness. Thank you for the great experience!

Love this place!!!! Not only are the services amazing, but the staff is so welcoming and knowledgeable. Maritsa, the owner, is more than happy to help curate a program for you that is perfect for your unique needs. I always leave this place feeling so refreshed, calm, and happy. I personally love the Cryotherapy and Wellness Pod after a workout to help rejuvenate my body. I also love the cold plunge and infrared sauna because it leaves me feeling so clear minded and energetic throughout the entire day. My personal favorite is the Body Styler lymphatic drainage as it totally detoxes your body and targets fat cells!
