Very nice people and place
The Dr Alvarez and the girls from the front desk their are amazing , we came from Florida with CDL Medical card about to expire . They do DOT physical very nice people

The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. You can feel that you are making decisions together with the provider regarding your health. They are not just telling you what to do. Have you ever had a provider who call to check up on you? That was a first for me. Mrs. Alvarez is very knowledgeable with a welcoming personality. I highly recommend this place!

Finnette Alvarez is the best nurse practitioner I ever had! She is so caring and understanding. Especially as a black woman, I sometimes don’t feel seen or heard by medical professionals but she listens and gives great advice! Whether you are black or not, you will get the best care with her!
