For all the grump's that can't seem to find anything good to say about anyone,,...I have got a challenge for you The next time you get a hankering for some down old good Doctoring, stop by 1201 Parrott for a little PA, which stands for pretty awesome.Never seen anyone quiet like her. She is a real jewel. Does she know her stuff? Does she ever.

Used to be able to call out there and get your labs done now you can't even reach the VA clinic in Okeechobee and Route your way back to West Palm Beach I mean what's the point even having them out of here

Went to get my labs taken. The receptionist completely spaced our conversation regarding the appointment and didn't have me scheduled. They took my blood anyway.

Not a very busy location. Even so, they still work at the speed of government.

The lab technician was completely incompetent. She was wearing gloves, but had her index finger exposed. She did sanitize the draw site, but palpatated the draw site with her bare index finger! Big no-no. Of course, who's going to police her? It’s the stupid government.

Overall better than most. Been about 6 times and had very minimal wait times. The staff Dr is adequate, she does what she needs to and we’ve had no issues as of yet. Staff is pleasant, phones are a mess as you go later in the day or around the first or end of the month. This is the VA so what can you expect honestly. Overall I’d have to say this is pretty decent for a VA clinic, if you don’t think so try visiting the Atlanta VA😬 now that’s a scary place.

All I need to say about this place is I went there with chest pain, and they did an ecg which was abnormal. Afterwards, they told me I needed to drive to the west palm beach VA hospital while I was having chest pain. They didn’t offer me medical transport of any kind. Who has a patient drive over an hour, actually over an hour and a half with traffic, when they’re actively having chest pain? That should tell you all you need to know about the care vets receive from this place, and the VA in general. The government needs to eliminate all VA healthcare facilities and give us all tricare so we actually get better help than take ibuprofen 800 the military cure all for everything.

Staff is nice, which is why I gave 2 stars instead of one. Doctors are horrible as usual. VA needs to STOP giving doctors immunity from prosecution for incompetence! Seriously, the VA uses this as a recruiting tool since the doctors don't need malpractice insurance (huge expense to civilian practices and a huge part of why medical care is so expensive in the USA) to work for the VA.

I will never trust any VA doctors since it's largely staffed with doctors whom evidently could not make it in the civilian world.

Dr Maguire is the most useless doctor on the planet. Scheduled a appt for back pain and not sleeping. My whole appt all she was concerned about is how my shot record wasn't showing up in the computer. Then when she got up to walk out I told her, I came for reasons she hasn't even addressed. She told me....... for sleeping just try to sleep..... and ask what had I been doing about my back pain. So I told her I had just been putting up with it...... her response..... well keep doing that..... like are you F**king serious. Dr like her are the reason the VA HAS A BAD RAP. Didn't even check out my back. She was way to focused on my shot record to hear anything else.

I like the VA clinic at Okeechobee...!

Never had any problems and always, the appointment are on time...

The front desk is my favorite, as the personal greeting is always positive and nice.
