Dr Heller was a great man, always willing to take time to listen.
This review is about his staff’s handling of billing and insurance. Instead of billing under Dr Heller’s name which would be considered in network, they billed under the practice name which is out of network. They refused to change it which cost me an extra $60 for my last visit. I went down the road to Dr Syed and paid my $30 copay like it should have been at Dr Heller’s. I think it’s very unfair that medical practices can get away with things like this because if you don’t pay, they can send it to collections.

Dr. Heller has been my husband and my PCP since our move here 2 years ago. We've been very pleased with him. He's very knowledgeable and will give you his suggestions. The staff is excellent and gets you in quickly. We would highly recommend him and his new Practioner as well! You will be pleased!

I have been going to Dr. Heller for 3 years now and am very happy with him as my primary care provider when I winter in Florida, Dr. Heller is always very attentive to patient needs and concerns, he orders lab test before recommending medications and adjusts dosages and meds accordingly, I have been utilizing tele visit since moving to northern MI and still need to find a primary care for when in MI for the summer months but for now Dr. Heller has been very accommodating in meeting all of my needs, when coming into his office the staff is always very friendly and get you in and out in a timely fashion. I highly recommend him for anyone looking for a physician.
