I love my hygienist Ms. Lyndsey, she’s very thorough in cleaning my teeth. Not only she’s good in what she does, her customer service is also phenomenal. Thank you sooo much Ms. Lyndsey! Dr. Hoy is very kind and welcoming too! I love Okaloosa Family Dental.

I’ve had three visits so far and every single time has been a wonderful experience. As someone who has anxiety my dental hygienist Casey, was absolutely wonderful and understanding of that, she was kind, gentle, and explained everything to me before she did it. If there was ratings higher than five I would give her a ten! She is the best!

Came here with tooth pain , Dr hoy tells me I have a leaking metal filling and need to it and removing it would elevate the pain . We do then weeks later still have pain . I come back he says you need a root canal and proceeds to do the root canal without doing a xray . 2 hours later he stops and has another dentist come and he stays looking into my mouth and says “where’s her xray “ he says I don’t have one, then they take one and he said we can’t do this we’re sending you to someone else because we’ve perforated the tooth . I assumed because they damaged it and messed up and admitted it they would pay for the tooth extraction and need of implant caused by him . They didn’t they refused and took forever to give me records until I got a lawyer. Worst experience ever . 2k out of pocket so far still need the crown which is another 1300. They are terrible pic of the perforation that 2 other dentists say are very bad

I am so incredibly grateful to have found Dr. Hoy at Okaloosa Family Dentist. I experienced the most uncomfortable dental emergency of my life, and after countless visits to other dentists and specialists, I decided to give Dr. Hoy a chance after hearing amazing reviews and recommendations from people at my gym.

From the moment I walked in, I felt an extraordinary sense of comfort. Dr. Hoy is professional, kind, honest, and truly a wonderful human being.

When it comes to my health, I take great care in choosing the right people to partner with, and I feel beyond blessed to have been directed to him. His care and expertise are unmatched, and I can’t thank him enough for helping me during such a difficult time.

His entire staff has been amazing as well. Very caring people.

Everyone was so professional. Morgan was just perfect and knew her job!! She explained everything prior to doing the procedure. I had scaling done and it didn’t hurt at all!!! I wasn’t even uncomfortable that evening. This is the best treatment dental office that I’ve been to.
