Excellent fast care!!! Brought my mother in law in for visit. Staff was friendly and efficient!!! Got treated and on our way quickly. Meds called in locally n picked up fast! Visiting in-laws in On Top of the World from out of town. I was looking for someplace with decent reviews. I was pretty sure I had an ear infection and knew I had a fever and wanted to get it treated since we were just starting our vacation. Urgent care places with decent reviews were hard to come by in the area (although there were LOTS of facilities). The facility is new. I made the trek on Easter Sunday. The experience was the best you'd typically hope for urgent care on a holiday. The nurse that checked me in was very nice and casual - which worked for me. I filled out the obligatory new patient paperwork and was seen fairly quickly. The nurse and Dr. Tanner were excellent - very personable. Dr Tanner was terrific. All business but not rushed, which is what I'd want in a doc. Certainly wouldn't hesitate to visit again if we need a doc.

First time I ever been to Urgent care here in Ocala. I have to say I'm very satisfied that I choose this one. Extremely clean place and great location, front desk staff Holly & Sarah were very efficient and very nice. In the back Debbie the MA was very good nice, very skill at given shoots and very efficient in her work. Now the Dr.Allen was very nice and listen to all my concerns and very knowledgeable. I was in and out quick took care of my concerns and help me out in a very efficiently. Left the facility feeling like I was helped very well. You can't always feel like that about places when you go see a Dr. I definitely would recommend this Urgent care to someone who needed a minor problem taken care off.

My visit here was wonderful the staff -the medical receptionist, the nurse and the doctor were all very friendly and kind. They understood when I came in with excruciating pain from a Pinched Nerve that I could not sit down and allowed me to stand briefly in the waiting room because I did not have to wait long . I was seen quickly and given a shot to relieve the pain. My meds were immediately called in to my pharmacy so everything was ready when I arrived. I will definitely come back and will recommend it to others. It is a very nice Urgent Care Clinic, the staff was very nice and there was not a long wait.

First impression the waiting room was very clean, easy process to check in. We were brought into a room within 30 minutes, the Doctor was informative. My husband needed a scan on his leg we were walked to that area and walked back! I highly recommend this urgent care and thank them for their service!

The Nurse Practitioners and staff at Super Urgent care are awesome! They give great care, and are very professional. The wait times to be seen are reasonable. The lobby and rooms are comfortable and clean...front office staff are kind and courteous.
I have been here a couple of times now and I am always impressed with the care I’ve received.

My experience was quite pleasant. This was my first visit. The building was very clean, the atmosphere was quiet and peaceful, and the admission person was very polite. My visit with Dr. Morgan was thorough, professional, and purposeful. My surgery scheduled for the following day was cancelled due to her expertise. I would recommend anyone to go there.

As a new patient I was seen very quickly and the physician was kind and compassionate about my care. I was thoroughly evaluated and given excellent treatment. All the staff was very polite. Very nice facility with variety of diagnostic tools and imaging available making it a great one stop for all urgent care needs.
