Donating plasma here is a pretty simple experience. Although it seems a bit understaffed now with all the donors that come in, as well as this location losing employees to their much less busy Riverside location, the remaining staff here works quickly and efficiently. In all the times I have donated I have only experienced one or two occasions where the insertion of the collection needle did not go smoothly, causing an issue with donation. All other times the whole process (after a little bit of wait time) usually goes very quickly. Other than feeling a bit tired after some donations, it’s a clean/easy way to make a quick $50-$65 in about 2 hours without doing much.

It's never a long wait here. The technicians are really nice and the procedure is quick and pain free. No hassle! Anna at the front is really sweet and helpful and eager to answer any questions. Definitely like this place better than the others I've gone to.

I’ve been donating at this location for a few months now , and it has been a great experience for me. For reference , I have never donated plasma before and went to a different plasma center to donate but I was not feeling the atmosphere ( staff weren’t friendly and the process was confusing ) and I was not going to allow “unhappy” employees to stick me and jeopardize my veins .

Totally different story with Octapharma in Colton. From day 1, the staff that I have interacted with have been delightful. Very calm energy that makes the donation process simple. I enjoy having conversations and I appreciate how that is reciprocated. The team works well together to get the job done in a safe and efficient manner. Key word SAFE. I live by donation centers who are down the street from me but I am willing to make a drive to this location because of how comfortable I feel here. I believe that as a donor, we should be 100% confident about where we are donating our time and plasma. Big shout out to Luz and Blanca who I had the pleasure of conversing with while donating today and big thank you to the rest of the staff that I have previously had the opportunity to connect with . I will continue coming to this location for as long as I possibly can.

It's a good place to get informed Staff was, they have the weirdest policies trying to stake you out with checking if your eligible to donate because of the Radius, they check 3 times when your in the process, once the whole thing is done, they kept telling my stuff was not safe to leave at their waiting room, and they gave me attitude about me saying there was body odor on me, when I live on the street, and I don't associate with drug dealers or drug users, they kept saying me if I don't go and take care of the body odor and attend another donor, they would defer me from Donating, I went back to check and called them and they say you can't get results about the protein levels and now they took a blood sample to see if I'm eligible to donate

The staff members are very good at their jobs and attentive to donors, and the wait time for the lines are not long at all. The physical examination is quick and simple and the workers are very friendly as well. Would absolutely recommend Octapharma for a plasma choice.

Great Clinical experience! Some of the staff need a little more client/customer service experience.Over all I will return in a month after my Oral Procedures are completed.
