This audiologist is the most thorough doctor I have ever been to. He checks out ears at every visit. Listens to my questions even if I repeat them multiple times. His initial evaluation involves not just ears, but an overall review of your health. He teaches at many seminars and is helpful especially to seniors. Thank you Dr. Evan Pember !

Dr. Pemba is kind, welcoming and thorough. His front staff is also very kind and patient. I've had mild-moderate hearing loss for a good chunk of my life and started wearing hearing aids in 2017, when I was 32, so I'm no stranger to audiologists and hearing aid centers.

My first appointment was for an updated hearing test and to have my current hearing aids re-programmed or sent off for repair. I had fallen asleep in them and one was emitting a static noise in my ear. Dr. Pemba was able to correct the issue with my hearing aids by re-programming my latest hearing profile, saving me quite a chunk of money.

Another hearing center, who wouldn't re-load my previous hearing profile and never offered to update my hearing test, wanted to charge me $500 to become his patient or I would need to buy new hearing aids from them.

I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone needing a hearing evaluation and potentially hearing aids. They've earned my business and I'll have my family use them, too.

Dr. P stands out as the most impressive doctor I've met. He consistently displays professionalism, meticulousness, and a deep understanding of his field. His skillful care enabled my husband to regain his hearing, removing the need for me to repeat myself often. Dr Pemba is very thorough, professional and personable. This visit was to get my new ‘ears’. We have tried 2 different models and have finally found a great pair. PINK in color The appointment, took almost and hour, however I did not feel rushed. My ‘ears’ were adjusted and Dr. Pemba took his time to connect the new pair of ‘ears’ to the app on my phone.
