Went there first for a referral and they never sent it. Staff didn’t know how to properly put on a blood pressure cuff which was comical. Some people do workout and have larger arms. Get a bigger cuff. Called and canceled an appointment several days in advance and they still charged me. Only positive was the lady at the front desk.She was smart and effective at her job. Definitely will find another doctor. The doctor just hollered and acted like he was on stage or something. Weirdest experience I’ve ever had

Exceptional customer service and doctors visit. I see Dr. Weston and her manner and addressing my questions are also exceptional. She’s always kind, patient and makes me feel like I am not bothersome😊 Her office staff, Allison and Nicole are the icing on the cake. I would highly recommend Ocala Family Medical
Center to family and friends. I was a patient of Dr. Robert Panzer, his sons Todd Panzer and Tyler Lindsey and everyone is super nice. Looking forward to my next appointment.

My review goes specifically to my provider, Jennifer Sinquefield. Myself, my husband, and my father all see her because she is such an amazing provider and we all love her. She has so many patients and I still feel like I have her full attention every visit. She is the only provider I’ve ever had that truly makes me feel heard, and that I truly feel tries to get to the root of an issue instead of just pushing it aside. I trust her judgement and her decisions 100%, and truly feel like she always has my best interest in mind. She is extremely knowledgeable and keeps herself up to date on so many medications, treatments, etc. I’d follow her to any practice she chose because she is truly just that good. I consider myself so lucky to be under her care. Providers like her are hard to find.

Dr. Sarah is the best primary care doctor Ive ever had, she listens and answers any questions and concerns I may have. The front desk is always nice and efficient making sure you never have to wait long to be seen. Very clean office and professional space.

Women’s Health was a complete joke. Annual wellness visit was completed in under 2 minutes. No pap just vitals and asked if I need or want contraception. Was pushed in the door and right out. Definitely just trying to collect $ from my insurance. Completely disgusting experience.

It’s not been the same when I left the clinic in 2007 and w the passing of Dr Bob Panzer and PA Bo Bullinger. Good Family practice providers are hard to find anymore w the overuse of computers and reduced time spent w patients. Me Dr Panzer and PA Bullinger were old school providers who really cared for our patients. Spent time w them to fully address their concerns. I’m retiring now as my time has come. It’s a good clinic but does see a lot of patients.

We really enjoyed going to Tyler Lindsey. He's very personable & listens to our concerns. We don't feel rushed. If he can't take care of our problem, he sends us to someone who can. We highly recommend Tyler! He's great!! We also like that most everything can be done at one location.
