Dr. Sheth treated my mom for a dental urgency. She was able to get her an appointment the same day. We have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Sheth and her care! She was very kind, caring, and professional. She took her time and did not rush through the appointment. I would 100% recommend Dr. Sheth to all my family and friends! Great care and bedside manner.

Wait time was around an hour or so. Was kind of hot in the waiting room. I’m new at my own appointments and with insurance and everything, the people at the front desk did a good job explaining. When I was “called in” the lady just came and told me to come with her hand, a greeting would have been nice. She ended up asking me how I was right before the cleaning though. Pretty much straight to the point when I got into the chair, cleaning didn’t hurt that much but I still have some tartar on my teeth.Everyones chill for the most part. Overall not bad

Horrible horrible experience! Please do not take you or your children here. They made me a appointment for 8:30 am and they don’t even open until 10am. When I called they claimed that they don’t open until 11am? they also have no management and they tell you they will call u back when the doctor is available. They are rude and don’t know how to communicate with anyone. They are very unprofessional. They don’t even know their own schedule or availability.

My insurance had this place listed as a in-network provider. When I called I was told they do not accept my insurance anymore and are not taking new patients. My insurance started in January, and as of today was listed as taking new patients. Moral of the story, they don’t do well with communicating with insurances and if they are struggling with this part, I can’t imagine the rest of the experience being any better.
