Don’t go here. My wife scheduled an appointment two and a half months ago to establish primary care and address a couple of issues. On the day of the appointment, she called to confirm her spot on the schedule since she hadn’t received a confirmation email or phone call. She alleged that they had switched computer systems, and the appointment hadn’t been transferred from the old system. Even if that were true, the company should have had someone verify that the old system appointments had been transferred. They could see that she had an appointment on the old system, but it hadn’t been transferred. This is in acceptable. Figure you stuff out oak leaf. 1. Your to big for this to have been an issue. 2. People do not schedule appointments for no reason she needs help. 3. To top it all off no apology for the inconvenience or miss hap on their part.

Do NOT go here. They are so unorganized and don't call you back. Then wait weeks to tell you what you should've done. I've been without my medication for my diabetes for weeks. When I first called them I told them Walgreens is claiming it's out of stock (which don't get me started on Walgreens on clairemont either)The front desk transferred me to the nurse i got an answering machine, left my message. NOONE ever called me back. So I called again. This was still the out of stock excuse Walgreens gave me. Front desk sent me to answering machine left a message still no reply. So then went to visit my kids in Oshkosh for Christmas so I thought I would check their Walgreens. Their Walgreens was at least educated enough to let me know that the medication i needed was no longer covered under my insurance as of December 4th 2024. Something that Walgreens in Eau Claire on clairemont could've told me weeks ago. Called oak leaf again explained everything to the front desk transferred me again to an answering machine. Again left a message that I needed to speak with someone. Waited til next day, called again. This time I explained my frustration that for weeks now noone has gotten back to me. That I didn't want the answering machine that I needed to speak to someone in person. She asked again what's this about. I told her again. Then she told me my doctor was no longer with them. So I said wow no letter or anything to inform her patients? Anyways I need to speak with someone. She said what's the problem. By now I'm getting snappy I can't help it. So I explained again that I have been without my diabetes medication for weeks now dies to my insurance not covering the medication anymore. Then proceeds to ask me if I've called my insurance provider to see what I can take? Seriously? You couldn't have told me that several phone calls and messages ago? Will never go back there. They obviously have communication problems and don't care about their patients. I'd avoid this place like the plague. If I could've given them negative stars it would've been -100.

If you are part of a Medical Sharing program you will **NOT** receive a cash discount from OakLeaf. Before my wife had an ultrasound we asked if there would be a discount for being a cash paying client and not using insurance for billing. We were told that there would be a 30% discount for paying cash. We proceeded with the procedure and received the bill. I called billing to get the cash discount price like we were told to do before we scheduled the procedure, and I was told that there would be NO discount because we are part of a Medical Sharing program. The ultrasound procedure is not a sharable expense in the program we are in, so it is all out of pocket. OakLeaf would give us a 30% discount if we were not in a Medical sharing program and paying cash, but 0% discount because we are in one. OakLeaf is free to choose how they conduct business and billing, but they should make the distinction very clear between cash pay 30% discount and cash pay with a Medical Sharing plan at 0% discount. We have been happy with services through OakLeaf except this one rather important exception.

I am very happy with the care I have received with at ECMC. Everyone there has been very helpful, professional I can trust their care. I have been working with and a patient of Dr. Kidess for years and trust and appreciate care I get from him.

The doctors don't do much but take blood tests and tell you everything is normal. It's been over a year and I still haven't had an answer to my problem. They also have messed up my appointments 3 times in the last month (double booked, & made for the wrong day) just to tell me I have to make another appointment again.

Unorganized, takes a very long time to get appointments, and most likely will be told there is nothing they can do for you. If you go to urgent care, expected wait time is 2 hours or more average. Just a referral place not a treatment place.

I am sorry for the folks that had a bad experience and I can't speak for them. Oakleaf probably cannot either due to patient privacy. They were incredible to me and everything was right on time. Thank you for helping me through a stressful procedure (at least in my mind).
