The service here is really on point clean environment and friendly staff. Jessie was my PT. She is wonderful. She listens and gave good response to my questions. I've been in pain foe awhile and she recommended dry needling along with my therapy. That really help with my pain. Great place for treatment, I recommend for sure.

I was visiting family just down Argyle from this office. I needed help right away so I came here.
First, they charged me $50 just to make an appointment EVEN though my insurance has NO co-pay for chiropractic care. I had to wait 3 days for the appointment in pain.
Second, this doctor(?) wouldn’t even manipulate the problem. She just put me on a roller bed.
A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!

They’ve gone downhill with the new location and new practitioners. Not all chiropractors working here now are effective. The one I started seeing is never in the office any more. I think the original doc opened other locations, and he takes more time off now. They always just give you to whoever is available. You get passed around and can’t effectively build a relationship with your doctor. A couple times I went, the chiropractor I got couldn’t even get my back to crack. I wasn’t getting results with her at all. I started waiting longer to see someone else and tried requesting certain doctors that were better than others. But they rarely could accommodate and I still got the bad ones. Eventually I stopped going altogether and found a new chiropractor. Too inconsistent with quality to feel like it’s worth the investment of time and money. I have several friends and family who used to use them too, but we’ve all left now. The doc who built the practice and built the reputation was good, but he doesn’t go here hardly any more if at all. We haven’t seen him any time we’ve gone in years. Too bad. It used to be a good place.

I have been coming here for the last 3 months or so and they have helped me achieve a drastic improvement in the injuries I sustained in a motor vehicle accident. I will highly recommend them to anyone who will listen; from the chiropractors, to the massage therapists, to the physical therapist, they are all extremely knowledgeable and caring!
The assistants and office staff are also super pleasant and the atmosphere overall is great.
