I was happy with this practice until they moved. It has become much harder to get an appt, and people are processed like cattle. I had been a patient for years, and going thru a lot of health issues since Covid, so attended many appointments. After mixing up the days on one appointment and showing up to the office the 9th versus the 8th, a day late, truly believing that was the appt day because that is what I had in my calendar when we scheduled it, and after many years of being a loyal customer, they would not reschedule or see me within a reasonable timeframe even though the appointment was for an immediate illness. I was offered a new appt three weeks out, like I was being penalized for a legit mistake, and have since been hounded about paying for the missed appointment, showing a total disregard for the patient as a person and exhibiting a callous focus on financial profit.

I started out with Dr Bratt and then switched to Dr Flayman. I have had a better experience with Flayman providing thoughtful and forward-thinking care based on my unique needs. I feel more seen and heard as a patient with her. I definitely recommend Flayman! Lab techs and front desk associates are kind and helpful. My only gripe is there's no easy patient portal to access test results or medical history etc online, they just call you on the phone. Could use a bit of modernization. Their new office facility is a great step.

Been seeing Dr Bratt for years. Since the 90s! Dr Bratt is warm and charming and professional. In all these years he has once been delayed to see me, that's because it was an emergency at the hospital other than that he is always on time. He will answer any questions you have he is thorough he's reputation is stellar and everybody in town goes to him. He has moved into new offices which are large and immaculate This job is warm and friendly and quite accommodating congratulations on your new digs!

I've been seeing Dr. Irving Bratt as my primary care physician, and I couldn't be happier with the level of care I've received. Practice charges a "convenience fee" to have bloodwork drawn during annual check up! My insurance fully covers annual check ups and blood work so I am disgusted that this practice is double dipping by charging me a convenience fee in addition to charging my insurance.
