The office and lounge are beautiful and very comfortable. The reception I received when I can in the door was awesome. Lisa was very informative to me and very pleasant and knowledgeable. There seen to be some tension in the back, not sure what about and there were numerous interruptions. Maybe just a crazy day, but I really liked my doctor and feel very confident he will take care of my medical needs and I also feel that he will listen to me when I speak. Overall it was very pleasant and I look forward building a relationship with this clinic.

I am a very new patient at Oak Street and also a new resident in Alabama. I have been seeing the commercial and telling my husband that I wanted to go a see the clinic. My husband was at a CVS and MRS. Robin Aaron was there representing Oak Street Health and REPRESENTED clinic WELL!!!! My husband quoted from the first encounter with Mrs. Aaron,stated that she was kind , and very professional and showed no negative actions
or behavior ?, he thought Robin worked at CVS and asked her a question about what he wanted to buy.He said Mrs.Robin was so warm and HUMBLE, she walked him to someone that could assist him. After his purchase, he saw Mrs Aaron and notice her uniform and saw Oak Street Health, and she greeted him and gave a very good presentation of Oak Street Health. My husband and I are Seniors and we ask God and thank him always for his direction! My husband was and is excited about my reactions from the first conversation with Mrs Aaron. Due to her PROFESSIONAL DEMENER, I was and is so glad I am a patient there. Appreciate and always thank God for Mrs. ROBIN AARON, Front LADIES who are my First Dynamic Encounter that is VERY IMPORTANT, Mrs. Trina , Mrs. Pam ( MA), Mrs. Taimeka ( MA), Mrs. Demrtra ( Boss Lady). Dr. J. Coykendall,I met many other clinical staff and please forgive if names are no mentioned ? Oh. I forgot to mention that on my first visit, I also met the over head executive, I don't remember his name but his Professional Behavior matched the same as the Team at this Centerpoint location. May God's covering, grace and abundance of blessings to all at this location. Always put God First ? and respect, humble yourselves, stay Professional as you all are!!!! Oh, I almost forgot to also say as today's bloodwork visit, Phlebotomist Mrs. Ynai or Tnai ( or what ever her name is), she was the sweet young lady who collected my blood work, my veins were being very difficult (smile), she was very professional and kind and Praise God !!! finally 6 valves were received. Thank you all again for representing yourselves VERY VERY VERY WELL!!!!!

I felt at ease love Kawanda Garner she is so nice and friendly. She is through in her exam. The young man that helped her was friendly and so nice to help me to the car to put my walker in for my husband but he wouldn't let the young man put it in. My husband is like that sometimes. Yes I have told my friends and family about Oak St. Health.

It was like an oasis of welcoming, caring, attentive, individuals working together to help make my life easier and healthier. The ladies at reception took away my nervousness and replaced it with calmness. I look forward to getting to know the whole crew, allowing them to guide me to a healthier old age. Genuinely, sincerely, and warmly "Welcomed" by all staff members from Front Desk/Reception to Patient Relations to Nurse Practioner... felt like I truly found my new healthcare "home."
