Update: I am regretfully switching back to my previous clinic. Iḿ so tired of being disrespected by the folks that answer the phone and work the front desk. And they are now requiring me to come in every 3 months. Not because I am in need of being seen every 3 months. But because itś all a money game. I don´t need to be seen that often. It puts a strain on an already overburdened health insurance industry. I also don´t like, at my age, being asked what my pronouns are or which gender I identify with. I´m obviously a woman. I´ve also felt, on several occasions that I am being treated like I don´t know my own body and what is going on with it. And yes, having been a nurse as long as I have, I know too much. I have felt like my experience in my own skin and in healthcare has been minimized and treated like none of that matters. I´ll regretfully take me care elsewhere. It´s sad because they started out as such a great facility. I don´t recognize it any longer.
I am switching my care to here. Everyone was great except the front desk person with long blondish hair. She seemed put out that I was there and very bothered by having to help me. The MA that worked with me was very rough around the edges. She was gruff and explained my long wait was due to her having to input ALL of my paperwork. She's caucasion, thinner, not too tall, middle aged and stated she had children. I tried making small talk with her and she was not having it.
Otherwise, Everyone else was great. Don, the van driver, was so kind and the NP assigned to me was thorough and kind.

They serve 65 plus people which is awesome and they provide transportation if needed!! My Provider is very attentive to my needs and how "I" want to proceed with my healthcare.
So far so good and I'm not someone who likes going to doctors! I'm happy I found them!

This place gets worse and worse. No doctors, only PAs. New PAs who have very limited experience and horrible bedside manner. My billing has been screwed up three times. When you call you get dropped into a call-center which then transfers you and you wait on hold for 10 .minutes only to have them hang up. We have transferred to Evernorth. Best care we've had in years and they have a real doctors. Steer clear of oakstreet.

I first signed up at Oak St from information on their Commercials. Just goes to show you that you can't believe what you see on TV. I let Oak St Know on my first visit that I was Epileptic. Even asked if I was going to see the DOCTOR I chose from information in my mail. Oak St Apache Junction Legally Can't Call their Office a PRIMARY CARE OR DOCTORS OFFICE! They Have No Doctors. Since all they have are Nurses, LEGALLY ALL THEY CAN CALL THEIR APACHE JUNCTION OFFICES IS A SKILLED NURSING FACILITY.
I am No Longer one of your patients. Your Nurses can't legally fill the prescription I need to prevent my seizures and despite my requests for a referral to a Neurologist, since my Neurologist of over 20 years had to leave his profession and sell his practice due to a serious medical situation. I went into Remission, and became very ill. IF They Had a Doctor or Filled a Prescription of my Epilepsy Medication, I wouldn't have had 7 Seizures in a Row, and almost had a Stroke. Spent the Afternoon at the Banner Goldfield ER. IF Oak St could have legally Filed a Prescription for my Medicine, I would have been Capable of attending the Appts I Tried to attend. But couldn't.

This is extraordinary clinic. From the front office staff to the scheduler at the end of my visit. They went above and beyond to get my oxygen company out to my home and exchange a concentrator that was not working properly. (After i had been waiting for several weeks)

I was told I needed labs so they took the labs and they said they would call me with the results 4 days later. I called back on days 4 through 13 and was told they would call me back with the results. On the 13th day they told me the labs were never sent out. I tried to complain but was unable to get a phone number for their corporate office from their phone representatives or on line. It was my opinion that Oak Street Health did not care about me or my health

I did the choice with Oak St. Health.The front desk were friendly and respectful. Nice clean and comfortable waiting room. NP's were kind and professional in what they do.They go through and explain what you expected on your health.And how you should maintain your own healthy life.. Thanks to NP Janette R. Buhi, for referral to a urologist and which he had to the surgery next following day. Now I'm perfectly fine.

Love Oak Street. Was basically forced to switch providers due to my previous provider being so inept and unresponsive and Im so glad that I made THE right choice. Never had have one problem. They are big on making sure we stay out of the hospital and emergencies rooms so they go above and beyond with preventative care and if you are sick they see you right away. Highly recommend
